My Prediction: Syracuse is coming off their first winning season since 2004 by going 8-5 in Head Coach Doug Marrone's 2nd year. The Orange bring back 8 starters on offense, but lost RB Delone Carter (1,260 yards) to graduation. Everything else on offense is intact. Their defense will be the concern this year as only 5 starters return. Wake Forest returns 17 total starters including their starting QB, RB, and WR. They also have one of the best kickers in the game in Jimmy Newman. QB Tanner Price has showed some signs of poise this summer. This will be a good game for him as the Syracuse secondary is very inexperienced. Expectations in Syracuse are a little high I think. Look for this to be a close game.
